The Big SlideToday was one of those days that make life worth living! James and I took the kids to the neighborhood pool today and we had the best time. The weather was perfect! The girls were so funny, when Audrey saw me going down the waterslide she said, "Mommy, what the heck are you doing!!?" They are so used to Daddy doing all of the crazy tricks like doing backflips into the pool and diving off the diving board. I am always busy doing who knows what else so I guess that it really threw off the girls when Mommy went down the big slide! After watching me go down the slide Audrey climbed right up there after me and without a second thought went straight down the slide without any warning. James and I were so surprised. She probably went down 15 times after that! She also jumped off the diving board! She got out of the water later and said, "mom, I never knew I was so brave!" Rach was too scared to do anything so she clung to Daddy's back. Adam was happy as always just to splash around in the water and watch all the fun! After swimming we all walked home and Audrey road her bike. The weather was cool and there was a breeze, for Houston that is a miracle! I could have stayed outside all day!
The pool looks great! It is great your kids like the water.
