Horray!!!!

This cartoon says it all about how I feel about the housing market right now! Nonetheless, we must have done something right!
It's moving day again at the Carters!!!! We just accepted an offer on our home and placed another offer on a new home tonight! I am so excited. We got not only one offer, but two offers! We accepted one as a backup contract in case the other one falls through. I feel extremely blessed! Everything has really fallen into place with us finding a home and getting two offers! We are feeling great about the new house. It is in Tomball (north of Houston) so we will be close to my parents when they move to Magnolia! I went to the ward this Sunday and I loved it! There are a ton of kids and young families. We will be on a cul-de-sac again! I have really missed that. Poor Audrey is going to have to change schools but she is such a trooper. She already told me that she likes to make new friends. I have the greatest kids! I'm exhausted! It has been quite a roller coaster ride but we have finally gotten a great price for our home. I have learned so much and feel very blessed that things are working out. I just hope that everything goes through. I will not feel completely confident until all of the papers are signed on both houses on the 29th!
