Sisters

I was looking at these pictures of the girls from a while back and it made me think about what a special relationship they are developing. I am so glad that we had the girls so close together. They really are best friends. They have such different personalities but they really compliment each other. This last week has been heaven! We are moved but we are still in a mess. The painters won't be done for a few more days so we will still be in a mess for the next week. Despite the mess, it feels so amazing to be settled again! This really does feel like home to me. I was able to go to play group with the kids and spend more time with them this week than I have for a long time. I didn't even realize how stressed out I have been and how unsettled I have felt. The night that we left our investment property I started bawling! You would think that I was crying because we were moving and I was going to miss the house. I was crying because I couldn't believe that it was finally over and we finally got it sold! I knew that I needed to be patient and have faith and now I feel that this whole process has been such a blessing. I have learned a lot in many arenas. I am glad to be settled and to be able to be a better mom to these sweet little girls and to my baby boy a.k.a. "super bud." My mom started calling him that while she was here helping us because he throws back his arms and runs at the speed of light! It is so funny! Thank you so much Mom for getting me through! I couldn't have done it without you!

  4. The pictures are darling. Having a sister is the best thing in the world. And, to answer your question, I'm doing great with the kids. Four is awesome, for sure easier than three. I totally recommend it!
I'm glad you got in your house, can we see some pics?

  6. Hey Niki,
Remember that night I came and spent the night and we stayed up way too late watching all the scare tactic videos on you tube. I think that really helped you guys get through everything also.
