So, Rachel has always been very innocently Sacrilegious. When she had just turned two years old we were walking down the hall at church and she was repeating the name of the Saviour over and over in a very casual way. She then turned and asked me why every painting was of Jesus. I answered that we come to church to learn about Him so that we can follow his example. She looked down, thought for a minute and then said, "Well, I'm sick of Jesus."
Then of course there was This
The other day we were talking about the Atonement and she said, "Mom, that is not very fair that Heavenly Father made His Son do it, why didn't He do it Himself?"
I don't think I have EVER heard ANYONE think of that! This is what happens when you get a deep thinking kid! What am I going to do with her?!

I am amazed out how much your Rachel and my Lauren are alike. Lauren said almost exactly the same thing about Jesus when she was about 5. She continues to catch me off guard.Lauren once told me that she wanted a teenage pregnancy. She had no idea what she was talking about!
