What is the occasion?? Oh, just another day at the Carter household. We are so excited to have so many neighbor girls to play! Rachel said, "Mom! All of the new friends match my hair!" Look at my little lone Blondie in the mix. The girls have been in friend heaven! Gotta love Suburbia!
