I had an ultrasound done today and the doctor said that the baby's stomach is enlarged. Has anyone else ever had this before?? He also said that it looked like there was "something" in the baby's stomach (kind of settled in the bottom). He said that this is strange because baby's obviously don't eat anything. The baby's stomach did look really large to me on the ultrasound. I am so sick of worrying about things!! Can anyone shed any light on this with their own personal experience or someone they know??
I am going in on Monday for a repeat ultrasound to see if it "works itself out."

hi nicole- never heard of this, and I've heard of a lot of things! :) I think you are destined to be the mother of children who need some extra TLC in their tough times. Hope this "works itself out" otherwise what does it mean???
ReplyDeleteAnd we are having too much fun! But with sacrifices of being here also! I drive 2 hours a day to bring the kids to their private school, our car is crap (there isn't really anything else available that doesn't cost $20,000) it's hot, primary is HARD (that's for an email I'm sure!) but I guess I won't complain too much!! Sure wish you could come visit us someday!!

ReplyDeleteI hope everything works its self out. I have heard of this. Sometimes its just that the baby is drinking some fluid and the following weeks ultra sound could be completely normal. I hope this is the case for you. I know its hard not to worry but try. you have been through so much lately. hang in there. luv ya.
