The "Nia" experience.

So today I had an experience that cannot be described in words. You have to see it to believe it. Let's just say that it was an interesting class. I stumbled upon it today at the local YMCA - who knew?? HILLARIOUS! The class only had six people in it so I never had a chance to make my exit. I stayed the whole entire class! I found this Youtube video that is truly the exact class. The blonde one toward the back looks exactly like my teacher. This is a must see! Keep in mind that the ladies in my class were not young and not thin and they were definately not at the same level of skill. enjoy!

  1. MAKE LOVE NOT WAR!! This felt like some sort of bizarre, "funky" hippy movement.
If you ever go again you could do your CDT (was that what it was called?)dance routine from Ricks college days. You know the one...

  6. how, honestly...how did you keep a straight face?! this is...wow.

oh ya, have you been watching so you think you can dance? looks like a good one this time. I really did NOT enjoy the canadian one. the judges didn't critique the dancers they just told them all how amazing they were...over and over again. why. I just didn't get it.

  11. I loved the token guy, pink shirt and all. And Buddha sitting in the corner...priceless. I think they stole one of my signature moves too. Let the New Age Movement never die.
