Haiti

I am feeling so overwhelmed right now by the devastation in Haiti. I am just sitting here at my house in front of my computer with the heat running and a drink of water beside me. I can't imagine what it would feel like to be a Mother in Haiti right now. Where would my babies be? Would I have been lucky enough to survive? Would we have water or food? What would I do if we didn't. I always wonder if I would be brave. I hope I would be. I just couldn't let the day go by without acknowledging the poor victims of this terrible tragedy. Hope you will feel just a little more gratitude today . . . I know I will.

    Oh man...I've been feeling the same way just about in tears every time I see the news. We are so blessed! Its been so hard, especially since the DR is right next door and I met so many sweet Hatian people! ah..lots of prayers!

    Hi Niki, I loved all the pictures!What a beautiful family you have-I will take a little credit for that! It looks like you had so much fun-how lucky you are. Our Christmas was so quiet--Curtis took pity and brought his family over to open gifts with us. We too are so sad for all the people in Haiti-hope help gets to them soon.
